Work on buildings Z5 and Z4 is well advanced – in Z5, masonry work, window installation, and most of the facade and insulation work have been completed, while in Z4, partition walls and window installation have been completed, and insulation and roofing have begun.

Finishing works and landscaping are underway in building L10, while structural, installation, and facade works are being carried out in L9.

The investment is at an advanced stage – construction and masonry work is underway in buildings B and C, joinery is being installed, the foundations in building A are being concreted, and the excavation has been secured.

Piling and excavation work for the garage hall is underway on building A, while facade and interior finishing work is being carried out on building B.

The investment has been completed, the facility has been approved for use, and the handover of apartments is proceeding according to schedule.

UDT acceptance of elevators is in progress. The apartments are already finished.

All construction and formal work related to the investment has been completed.

Work on the estate is progressing according to the established schedule.

Work is currently being completed on the ceiling over the garage in building Z4.

Insulation layers have been completed, soffits and canopies have been covered. The flashings have been completed and the external parapets have been fixed.
