Façade, roofing and plastering work is underway at L10, the shell of L9 is being completed with masonry and reinforced concrete work, and installations are being carried out in the garage.

At the Marynin estate, the installation of monitoring has been completed, Building B is already occupied, and soon Building A will also be ready.

On the Z4 building, structural work has reached the level of the ceilings above the 5th and 6th floors, and the open shell has been completed on the Z5 building.

UDT acceptance of elevators is in progress. The apartments are already finished.

Insulation layers have been completed, soffits and canopies have been covered. The flashings have been completed and the external parapets have been fixed.
