Autumn has returned to the Marynin estate, making it possible to continue gardening work - bark has been laid between the grasses and shrubs, which will also be replenished in the spring.

Work is being completed on the external and contour walls of the garage hall.

Work is currently being completed on the ceiling over the garage in building Z4.

Earthworks are in progress.

Work on the northern façade of building B has been completed, and work is currently underway on the eastern façade of the same building.

Currently, the ceiling above the garage is being constructed.

Work on the estate is progressing according to the established schedule.

UDT acceptance of elevators is in progress. The apartments are already finished.

Insulation layers have been completed, soffits and canopies have been covered. The flashings have been completed and the external parapets have been fixed.
