    NEWS FROM THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE ESTATE - JUNE 2025

    Building Z4
    Construction work has reached the level of the ceilings above the 5th and 6th floors. Installation of window frames has been completed on the first floor, and is currently underway on the 1st floor. Work on masonry partition walls is being carried out on the 4th floor above ground. The progress of the works remains in full compliance with the investment schedule.

    Building Z5
    The open shell has been completed. Intensive assembly and finishing works are currently being carried out. Installation of window joinery is underway on the 4th floor, and parallel masonry of partition walls continues on the 7th, the last overground floor.

      NEWS FROM THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE ESTATE - MAY 2025

      On the K1 staircase of building Z4, the stage of bricklaying of external walls has been completed. Bricklaying work has moved to the next section – staircase K2, where construction of external walls has begun.

      On building Z5, bricklaying of external walls has begun on the sixth floor.

      NEWS FROM THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE ESTATE - MARCH 2025

      Building Z5 – currently the ceiling and the second floor are available. After the reinforcement and formwork are complete, concrete works are underway, which have been introduced to the assembly of the floor wall.

      Building Z4 – in staircase 1, the construction of the second floor wall has been completed. At the same time, the bricklaying of the wall of the same floor in staircase 2 has begun.

      NEWS FROM THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE ESTATE - JANUARY 2025

      Work is underway on the construction of the ceiling over stair A in the Z4 building. At the same time, masonry works related to the construction of ground floor walls are being carried out in building Z4, in staircase B, and in building Z5. At the same time, internal electrical installations began. All works are carried out according to schedule.
